SCHEDULE

The Building Dossier is created to collect not only the numerous certifications that owners and administrators must already keep, but also information on the management and history of the building (cadastral data, constraints, building permits, technical data sheets, interventions for energy saving and safety, etc.).

IDENTIFICATION
Characteristics and intended use, year of construction, measurements, floor plans and photographs, presence and references to adjacent buildings, deeds of ownership of individual units, etc.

CONSTRUCTION
Building permits, design and variants, geological and geotechnical reports, structural design, testing, presence of watercourses, fire documents, etc.

INSTALLATIONS
Energy certification, documentation on sewerage and sanitation disposal, compliance declarations for interventions on installations (DM 13/98), etc.

STATE
List of construction works with indication of contracting companies, state of conservation of the structures updated by an authorized technician.
